Terms of Service

We require CASH or etransfer on delivery, sorry No Cheques. We will take your Visa or MC number at the time of booking to secure your order.

We require a cancellation deposit at the time of booking. We take a Visa or MC number for the cancellation deposit. 

If you cancel within 14 days prior to your event and provided we do not rent the tub out, we have to charge you 50% of your rental charge as a late cancellation fee.  Rentals in the month of December are prepaid and non-refundable.

We will keep the credit card number on hand for a damage deposit. Providing no damage is done we don’t put anything through on your credit card and we take cash or e-transfer, or credit card plus 4% upon drop off of the tub.

All you need is to take in your drained water hose the night before and have water ready to go for us when we get there.
We’ll call you the night before to confirm and remind you about the hose and so you can have the money ready too.
During the winter, be sure to bring the hose in to prevent freezing.
